REACH of Washington County is a faith-based, non-profit providing services to homeless adults and other individuals and families in Washington County who are facing a crisis. When Reach was born 25 years ago our mission was to “respond out of compassion to those in need.” Responding to crisis needs is still the focus of what we do, but our mission has expanded to include educating and encouraging those we serve and connecting them to the tools and services they need to move forward with dignity and stability.
Of course, we could not accomplish these tasks on a daily basis without the help of more than 1500 wonderful volunteers and financial supporters. When you give your time and resources, you become a part of the story.
We invite you to browse through our site, learn more about what we do and consider becoming involved by donating much needed resources or volunteering. Of course, we always appreciate your prayers! By the way, our Cold Weather Shelter opened October 28, 2018. Click CWS for the current Cold Weather Shelter schedule. For more information click on the Programs link and Temporary Shelter.
